As Shinyu listened to the arrogance of Shinichi...or Shuuchi...split personality bull of sorts. Interesting he supposed. The nerve the kid had to be so nonchalant and try to act above everything. It was awhile since Shinyu actually showed his temper in any situation. He did remember he had something he could use though to at least get some things straightened out. And get some things handled.

"Ugh, It's been a long time since I let my emotions get the better of me Sotaicho. It's also been awhile since I've seen a Captain attack a student just because he couldn't be bothered to ask for him to leave, or to release.......I'm thinking too much I suppose. Even though I've been doing this awhile, I guess there are some things that don't change......Sotaichou, on an official matter, a Captain attacking a Student with Hakudou without reason is a violation of conduct if I'm not mistaken. Even though I handled the situation worse than I intended to, This is a matter I believe needs to be addressed. Just because that smug Shinichi feels a need to show off to get Kazai's attention doesn't mean the student's should suffer....I almost forgot."

Shinyu said as in a moment, he vanished with Shunpo. In his actions, he almost forgot about the student himself. He found him though, he was knocked unconscious. The bastard didn't fully hold back even, bullshit like this he wouldn't stand for. He wasn't the most morale person, but intentionally using Hakudou on a student who wasn't even a Shinigami yet? He wouldn't stand for it. He shunpo'd back to where everyone was, laying the unconscious student down. He then began to write a message on his arm, not bothering with the incantation as it wasn't necessary.

"I will be bringing an unconscious student to the 4th barracks. I'm sure he's fine but he may need treatment for internal injuries."

Shinyu uttered before suddenly, the symbols on his arm fluttered about, before going towards the 4th barracks as Shinyu sighed while carrying the student on his arm. Other students who were watching, were interested at what happened and confused. And also excited at all the Captain's that were present. Particularly the Sotaichou. Shinyu shook his head as another student from before looked towards them.

"Now, I must bring him to be checked and treated. Before I go, is there any other business you would wish to inform me of Sotaichou?"

Hara still stood there not sure what to do in the situation, He figured the best mature decision would be to stay out of it and just watch the events unfold, It was to late to do anything about the attack that had happened. He stood off in the background kind of, His arms being folded across his chest, He stepped forward as Shinyu brought back the unconscious body back, He looked down for a brief moment before looking back up to the Captain Commander. "If i may say so Sir, I think someone should teach some of these Captains that they need to be true to there duties, And keep a level head for all of Soul Society." Hara bore a smirk on his face, He was pretty un-happy about the way things un-folded, While it was true he should of stepped in a long time ago, He still was not happy with it. He looked around at the people that remained around the general area. He looked at the Captain Commander obviously looking very dissappointed about his fellow captain's actions. Hara was most dissappointed that he came here to protect everyone in Soul Society, And now, Here was a student being attacked by a captain of the Gotei 13, Its disgusted Hara deeply, Despite his feelings for the situation, He kept his feelings under check, And remained calm.
