The Recruitment Fair was finally coming to an end. The captains had all met the freshmen students at the academy and introduced them to their divisions. Of course, there were many senior students as well who were hoping to suck up to the captain they hoped to have in order raise their chances of getting accepted into particular divisions. It was almost pathetic how far some of the students would go to get into the division they wanted, however, Kazai didn't mind this at all.
Now that the fair was over though, Kazai was walking just outside of the academy. She wanted to head back to the division barracks and get some sleep. It seemed lately she was having trouble in finding more than a couple hours of sleep. With all that was happening in the World of the Living, she was always at work.
She sighed whilst she continued walking. Though, soon, a number of students would come after her, calling her name. She turned around to face them, obviously she was quite irritated.
"Fair's over, boys. One more word, and you're definitely not getting into my division," was all that she said, and quickly they all went scattering away. She sighed once again and continued walking.

"Heh. Stop the presses."
----------------------------
"Tch. Bunch of pussies. If you want in my squad, then you're going have to man up and grow some balls. That means you're gonna have to be the strongest, I won't accept anything less. You got that maggots?!" He absolutely hated this fair day that the Academy was having, mostly because he hated sniveling cowards and that was something that wasn't in short supply at the Academy. Most of them heard of his achievements, being able to reach a rank at such a young age and all of them wanting to know how. How did he really defeat all those shinigami and take their seats? There was only one single answer for that one....
..."Because I'm the baddest motherfucker of them all." When he said that, his right eye seemed to twinkle with a sort of madness that hadn't been seen in quite a while. It seemed that during this egotistic rant of his, many of the students had simply taken a few steps back out of pure fear or was it that his reiatsu was getting the best of them? Either way, with that final comment the fair had ended and the crowd quickly dispersed.
As he began to walk away, the hallway he was in had connected to another and once it did, he happened to stumble upon the most familiar of individuals. "Hm? Oh, it's you."

Kazai heard the voice of someone who was very familiar to her approaching from behind. She didn't even need to see him, as a matter of fact, his reiatsu was unique enough to sense him, especially when he was this close. She turned toward him. She knew him well. He was the puniest of the captains, as well as the youngest, at least in physical age. She turned to him and gave him a smile.
"Oh, it's you!" She said, before turning forward and continuing to walk. She expected him to either catch up or walk alongside her, considering they were both going toward the same exit. She walked slowly enough so that he wouldn't have to pick up his pace much to catch up to her.
"So, did you have fun?"

The young captain followed closed behind her, not taking much time for him to catch up to her so that they were walking side by side. Not like he wanted to make it seem like they were hanging out or anything, but he didn't exactly want her to simply shrug him off either. If there something he didn't like it would probably sit along the lines of being ignored, he absolutely hated that. Then again, he wouldn't let a single soul know that about him. After all, a man has to have some secrets, correct?
"Fun? Tch." He simply walked forward at this point, not really entertaining her little jest at first. However, he wasn't the type to leave it just at that, he almost always had something to say. "That shit was boring. Not to mention none of the kids I talked to had any talent, a total waste of my fucking time." It really was true, he honestly didn't sense much potential in any of them. If anything, they were of average skill level and their reiatsu was nothing astounding. Then again, his Division currently had the least amount of members considering a large number of them had been eliminated recently in the conflict going down in the world of the living.
"I woulda had more fun if I just fought them all at once, that sounds more interesting than anything."

He seemed overly pessimistic about the little fair which they had just had. She could understand it. Personally, she didn't want to waste her time there either. However, her reasons were very different from his. She enjoyed seeing how students were progressing, and she liked scouting for students for her division, but she would much rather be somewhere else and be doing something else. Sleeping was a good idea.
Kazai raised her hand to her mouth and yawned. She was so tired. Even though her body seemed to be reacting to this fatigue, her mind seemed to be able to get past it. It was probably because it had been so long since she got a full night's sleep she was getting used to it.
"Well, ultimately it's up to you who gets into your squad. You could always require them to fight you if you wanted, however, I don't think doing that will increase the number of people in your squad though. You're already running low enough on members, and that's putting a heavy strain on my own division."

"Hm." He just kept walking, listening to her, though it was becoming apparent how annoying her voice was. The only time they usually talked to one another is to either greet one another or to discuss mission plans. Other than that, there truly was no reason to talk to each other even though they were captains. Then again, she was bearable so he really saw no need to make a comment on it as of yet. It wasn't as if she were someone as annoying as Solo, that poor excuse of a shinigami. If there were anyone more annoying than him within the Seireitei, he'd surely like to meet him.
"Wait...what?" The blue haired shinigami's eyebrow raised up, thinking that he heard her wrong at first, though he soon came to realize that his ears were working just fine. There was no possible way she just could have said that, could she? No, he was quite certain she was stupid enough to make sure a condescending remark as that. It seems she stepped in a dangerous territory, the realm of a pissed off captain named Shinichi.
"A heavy strain on your division? Bitch, don't you try to sit there high and mighty as if you've taken on the weight of the world. Maybe you fail to realize that my division is at the forefront of every battle we're engaged in. The first ones in and the last ones out. Don't you ever disrespect my division again or I swear, I will decapitate every last one of your divisions members starting with your unseated officers and working my way up to your little shit stain of a brother. You got that cunt?" Despite having a bad attitude overall, it was obvious that he was being serious this time. He wouldn't have anyone disrespect his division or his leadership, especially by some cunt who didn't understand the importance of their job. She really wasn't picking her battles very well, at least not this time.

Kazai listened to the less mature captain walking next to her. He seemed a bit upset about her statement, and she reasoned this was due to his own securities. What she had dsaid was certainly true. He needed more members, and as many as he could get, considering that his squad was falling so short in members. She didn't enjoy being insulted, but she didn't let it get to her so much.
What did bother Kazai, however, was the insult which he made toward her little brother and lieutenant. If she believed him to be seriously, she certainly would have put an end to this right now. She would kill him on the spot, or do the best to do so. She wasn't exactly the most tolerant when it came to threats made toward Shuuji. One would be better off threatening her.
"Whoah! Calm down, little man. I was just trying to give you a bit of constructive criticism. If you don't want it, don't take it, but making empty threats is going to get you nowhere."

"Constructive criticism? By implying that I'm relying on your division like a crutch? I don't really see how that's constructive or criticism, considering I don't have a choice in that matter, that's all up to Isao-sama." With that last comment, he actually grew tired of her, probably permanently. However, he'd give her a chance to atone for the giant lump of bullshit she just threw on his plate. After all, he had to work with her and that was something he did know. Though, if she thought he'd just lay down and get disrespected by someone such as herself then she definitely had another thing coming.
With a devilish little grin, he looked over at her, a serious look in his eye. "You probably already know this, but let me reiterate and confirm it. I don't make empty threats, ever. After all, all we have is words and the actions that follow right behind them." Of course, he didn't like Shuji into the situation at all, mostly because he didn't see anything wrong with the kid. But he didn't ask for Kazai to bring his entire division into this either so they were pretty much even on that one. Either way, if she were to physically retaliate against him because of the implications he just made he'd certainly be ready for, itching to draw his zanpakuto at this point despite not making any physical indication to do so.
"Also, don't get too uppity, you're only a few years older than me and that means nothing in shinigami years."

"Hrm... Well, you shouldn't be so ashamed. My division is meant to act as a crutch. We're there for you when you need us," Kazai said with genuine honesty. She really didn't care to argue with him or upset him anymore. She was, after all, the captain who had to deal with the most cooperation, or so she felt. She didn't want their feelings with each other to get in the way of their cooperation.
"Needing help isn't a bad thing. I apologize if I made it sound like it was," she confessed. In any case, she didn't have much else to say to qualm his hot temper. Hopefully she had said enough. She knew she needed to pick her words more wisely when with him. He was a bit... touchy after all.

He listened to her carefully before bursting out in a bone rattling laughter, as if it were the most hearty laugh he could possibly supply from that body of his. It seemed she didn't listen to damn thing he had just said, bypassing his dialog and still continuing with that whole uppity act. If it was anything that he disliked more than a coward, it would be someone who constantly pretended as if they were on a higher level than everyone else. Almost in a way if someone looks down on others, as if they are king and everyone else is merely a pawn. That kind of arrogance was enough to make his blood boil, enough to make him want to draw blood. If there was something that drew him to wanting to shed blood more than this, then he'd have to proclaim such a thing did not truly exist.
He finally stopped his laughter, letting it die down to a simple chuckle. "You just don't fucking get it, do you?" A smirk was planted firmly upon his face, making it quite apparent of how ticked off he still was. After all, she just had one of those attitudes that brought the worst of him out.
"The fact of the matter is that I am not using your division as a crutch. If anything, your people are getting in our way when it comes to our operations, simply because they do not know our procedures. If anything, it makes things more difficult when you and your division of uppity self-proclaimed white knight superheroes get in our fucking way. You can try to pretend as though others need you and your ragtag division of placeholders, but I can assure you that even when a captain's member numbers are thinned out, they still rather deal with being undermanned than to deal with incompetent replacements."
Every last word he said was rather concise considering who it came from, which was quite rare. Despite seeming like an idiot who knew nothing more than profanities, Shinichi was actually a rather intelligent individual. If anyone thought they could get around him with some second rate bullshit story, then they would be sadly mistaken. He could see through her lies from a mile away.
"You should remember. It's not a matter of us or anyone else needing you, but rather when Isao-sama thinks we fucking need you. The two are distinctively different, it would be smart of you to keep that in mind. Otherwise you end up looking like some kind wannabe uppity bitch who believes her importance stretches further than it really does."

"I'm sorry you feel that way," was all that Kazai said in response to his statement. She had no desire to further argue with him, and wouldn't even know what to say if she did try to argue with him. She had already tried to resolve the argument kindly with her apology, but that really didn't seem to work. He was still going off on her. She sighed, though continued walking by his side.
"In any case, someone of a stature as yourself shouldn't have to resort to such rudimentary name-calling when trying to make a point. I think we should be a bit more civil with each other. I am doing my best so that the two of us can get along, but that will require some level of cooperation on your part."

"You idiots. You're arguing in front of the potential students. How formidable and strong and impressive does bickering like school children make you.....when you're actually bickering in front of school children?"
Came a notable voice from a well known Shinigami as shortly enough, Shinyu yawned as he made himself visible to them. His Recruitment fair went well. He explained his position and then offered a training exercise. It was simple, find the invisible Shinyu. Only one student actually did but, that was impressive in itself. The exercise was honestly a way for Shinyu to do the fair while relaxing but, he also got results, unlike these two. Shinyu yawned as he looked towards Shinichi.
"And by the way, the squad that's usually in before any other is either mine or the 2nd Division. We're the ones that have to mark out, infiltrate, and assess a combat zone before handing the details out to you. Not that you're not important, just get you're facts straight beforehand. And Kazai....if you really want students to focus on what division you're speaking about rather than you're chest, try concealing your chest. Kyakko can do wonders you know."
Shinyu said with a yawn, pointing out that she could make them invisible and once more, yawned again before looking towards Shinichi.
"The only people to blame about Kazai's division not knowing the procedures of your division, is yourself and Kazai. It's the Captains duty to find out these procedures to procure them to their lieutenant as a part of training. After all, Kazai already has the procedures for my division. It's you're responsibility as well Shinichi to be professional enough to hand these procedures over to her. And yes Shinichi, before you say it, I am indeed a maggot, cunt, cum queen, motherfucker, or any other useless vulgarity you wish to spew at me."
Shinyu said towards the two of them as momentarily, a group of students was observing. The situation was interesting and garnered attention but, Shinyu arriving caused more to appear. No-one knew what to expect.

Kazai almost jumped out of her skin at hearing Shinyu seemingly come out of nowhere. How long had he been listening to the two of them? It was a creepy thought how good he was at being there when you didn't know it. It was invading privacy for sure. And at the thought that he could be a bit of a pervert, she was given even more shudders.
"My chest is plenty concealed, thank you very much!" Kazai spat while she continued walking alongside, Shuuichi, and now Shinyu as well. What Shinyu had said really didn't bother her that much, she was much more upset about what Shuuichi had said, though she did her best not to show it. She wasn't exactly angry, but it did bother her.
Kazai turned around to see that there was now a rather large group of students following them whilst they walked. She was only a couple steps away from shooing them away, but she realized that wasn't necessary. Kazai allowed her spiritual pressure to flow freely, increasing to a level which would force most of the students onto their knees and make them unable to follow any longer. Though, whilst doing this, she said nothing to indicate she had done anything.

"Tch." It seemed like they had an uninvited guest by all definitions of the word, other than the students who were following them. It seemed as though Shinyu irked borth of them, then again, he didn't really trust the guy tin the first place. The fact was that he kept doing that often, showing up at the most inopportune of moments as if he were already there. People who allows interrupted someone else's conversations or other situations could easily be labeled annoying by anyone's standards. Given Kazai's response, it seemed that Shinichi's thought was shared with her, giving a slight grunt in her direction, rolling his eyes to indicate he was also annoyed with Shinyu.
At the same time Kazai decided to like her reiatsu run free happened to be the same time he did the same thing as well. With the spiritual pressure of two captains running freely in the surrounding area, every person in the general vicinity was most likely having a close encounter with the floor by this point.
"Actually, I was going to use the word annoying or possibly busybody." He said, ignoring the majority of Shinyu's words as he walked onward.

As he felt the change in Spiritual Pressure and watched them all hit the ground, Shinyu yawned as he shook his head towards the students.
"Mind her outburst students, our friendly Captain Kazai is currently having a hard time dealing with PMS. The hormones are making her bitchier than usual."
Shinyu said with a snicker as he looked towards Shinichi as well, chuckling as his comment made him force himself to not use a curse word as he grinned towards him.
"If saying that makes you feel better, ShuuShuu. I'll tell you what though. Twenty Thousand says you can't go a week without swearing once or insulting someone. Think you're up to the challenge, ShuuShuu?"
Shinyu asked as he purposely used one of his nicknames he thought up in order to further agitate the fellow Captain. Shinyu was impressed but all the same, bored with his restraint. He needed an explosion to satisfy his boredom.
