Idealistic it was, and Kazai knew it immediately; Isao however smiled at her comment and thought to himself. Though it was self-imposed, and awfully optimistic, all real sensations or aspects started with an idea, a dream so to say. What he believed was only natural inquisitiveness and belief in regards to the world around him. Some called him admirable, most naïve. Saying he was too young and inexperienced to take upon the position as Commander. However, never once had he felt he couldn’t hold, and ultimately retain his title appropriately. What most don’t comprehend was that the previous Commander saw something in him. A spark that held potential which provoke his translation of power in the first place. Isao could sympathize with Kazai’s concern. However he couldn’t bring himself to qualm his own purpose.
“Idealistic, maybe. However achievable as well. I don’t need to impose my might upon others. Most call it proper; I see it as maltreatment. If I can’t sustain my command without the use of force; am I any different from a Hollow or Arrancar?"

Kazai had never really looked at it the way he had said it before. She knew that the Soul Society was stuck on maintainning order, but the way he had explained the reason to his actions made a lot of sense. Wouldn't he be like an Arrancar or Hollow if he used his power alone to rule? He would be something similar. However, would he be able to command respect the way he was? That was the question.
"I suppose you wouldn't be," she said somewhat shyly in her response.

“Hmm, Kazai-chan, let’s put it this way.”
He said with a smile, swimming to her side, and now rearing her back as he faced the opposite direction, and sighed. He wanted to express this with the most disciplined intent possible, while still maintaining a foundation of logical rationality in his words. Looking into the sky once more as the light continued to shine down through the gaps and openings of the leaved trees; he squinted his orbs of purple then adjusted his head to face forward.
“One’s power is defined more by the user’s strength of character rather than brutality. If I flaunted my abilities and true potential to make a statement of sorts; wouldn’t I just be intimidating my subordinates? A true both isn’t founded on such a conception. Loyalty and trust are what bridge generations together. If you trust in me as your captain commander, and friend, there should be no doubting my abilities, now should there?”
He exclaimed calmly, turning his head to face Kazai's back as his body soon followed.
“I’m not tyrant. And I refuse to subject myself to such skewed and archetypal mannerisms that all my predecessors prided themselves on.”
