Isao, listening conscientiously to what Shinyu assumption could only draw a similar conclusion in the end. Defection was a design that normally met quick death or capture if not planned methodically before hand. A premeditated duplicity that originated from one’s own belief, and finally molding into a phase of action. Nonetheless, giving a separate operation to the Vice-Captain was rather precarious in itself. Isao had to take in all parties as possible suspects, even the Captain herself. This is where his professionalism had to play majorly in deciding the next phase of action.
“Shinyu, what structure of operation are you proposing, exactly?”
He inquired, attempting to root out his subordinate’s suggestion and snake out all flaws in the process. All the while, he continued gazing at Kazai, his smile apparently making just effort to relieve the mystification and aggravation that was obviously affecting her. It was hard for a Captain to believe his or her subordinates could fault and deceive. Nonetheless, it was a realization that came with experience in life. If this was all true, he would do as much as he possibly could to help mend her mental wounds, if any, manifested.
“ Kazai-chan, I respect your decision, and being the closest to them between the three of us, I’d assume you would know as much. However if such speculations are true? Are you emotionally capable to act on it?”

"A three phase operation Captain Commander."
Shinyu said plainly as he looked around to those in the room and back to the wall. It was a tricky one to pull off but he knew a couple ways to do it. The best way, was discreetly. Also, to do it without panic or revenge attacks was even trickier.
"The first step, is finding out why Kinigami attacked Kinsara. If there is a reason such as a quarrel or rivalry, then it's a matter of an act gone too far, followed by panic. We also have to primarily find out whether or not this report is legitimate. After we've figured out these two details, we can act accordingly. If it's an accident, we search and locate Kinigami and punish him accordingly. If it was intentional, then we will have to have Internal Affairs dig into the 3rd Division. They also have a priority of keeping this investigation as discreet as possible."
Shinyu proceeded to point out as he began to ponder the dpeths of this operation as well as trying to figure out the right way to go about it.
"As well, if the report is false, we'll have to immediately suspect it as either an ambush or ways of luring Shinigami away from Seireitei in order to either attack someone or someones, steal something or someone, or to create a signal to potential traitors they are allied with to leave Seireitei. We also have to consider if it is indeed a conspiracy, for what reasons and goals did they defect, allegedly. Once we have this information and have arrived at Kinsara's last location, we'll either assist him as the report suggests he needs and go retrieve Kinigami. Or we'll find out it's a false report and alert the Gotei 13 of a potential plot. Furthermore, Upon arriving, We'll immediately inform the 6th Division to engage in a swift and discreet investigation into the 3rd Division to root out any further traitors there potentially are. This however, all depends on whether or not this is an accident, or a plot. Regardless, my objective is to locate, question, and retrieve Kinsara and Kinigami."
Shinyu said as he wondered further about how this would all play out. While it made his day more interesting, it also made it more tedious.

Just... Why did it have to be my division?
Kazai really wished that she could have some of her seated officers go out and deal with this in her stead, but they were all much too busy. It was a pity that she needed to deal with it herself, but at the same time, she was the best suited for making sure that her squad members were given the benefit of the doubt and make sure that they got to the bottom of things before making accusations.
At her captain's question, she already knew what he was getting at. He didn't want her to get in the way of their investigation, and she knew better than to do that. Still, it was the sole reason Isao asked her if she was emotionally ready to deal with her squad members should they have actually defected.
"Well, it's my job, isn't it?"

Shnyu, after the commander’s query, proceeded to explaining the course of action which, in his opinion, best suited the situation. It was indeed relatively concrete, and held few loopholes. However with any ambiguity, no matter how small, left the possibility of escaping through. This was now the primary question Isao’s mind. Should he decide to allow Shinyu to follow through with his plan, or to simply wait it out more? The risk of death was exceedingly low, since most of the Shingami resided in the Seireitei at the moment. And for those who roamed the human world, were of mostly Kazai’s squadron. The downfall being death was still possible at this point.
He stood unmoving for a moment, his smile slowly descending to a more serious neutral phase as his lips were placed together. The odds of Kinigami injuring more Shinigami without being harmed himself were doable, but slim. But even if a Shinigami, he could only do so much single-handedly. Unless he had a following of sorts, he wouldn’t get far in whatever plan he had. This brought yhe Commander to his second conjecture. That if indeed he had a following; they would have to be in the Human world. All communication between the human world and the Soul Society was monitored. Meaning to have any connection with the resident Shinigami; they too would have been corrupted.
However, if this was so; wouldn’t those said traitors have been weeded out, or found it too hazardous o actually work from base? The situation had just gone from confusing to extremely exasperating, and sought the attention of the Commander immediately. Looking back up at the two captains, he smiled.
“If I may make a suggestion,’
He asked rhetorically,
“I’d like to accompany Kazai-can to the human world. Shinyu, I’ like you investigate the World communications. If transaction had been made for purpose known only to conspiracy, that’s the most important field to cover.”

As he listened to Isao's suggestion and watched Kazai's facial expressions, he could only sigh. It was a combination of things he was overobserving and inputting. She wasn't a traitor, her expression was of disbelief more than anxiety. He cracked his neck as he did this.
"That won't be a problem Captain Commander. Also, I'll monitor Senkeimon travel patterns to see if anything becomes suspicious. My main concern however is, if there is a conspiracy, a lone Shinigami or group of them could be at best, minor. However, if these Same Shinigami were to either try or succeed in garnering the assistance of Hollow, Bount, or Quincy aid, then I fear that will become an issue. Perhaps also, I am overthinking. I am known for that after all. I will report to my monitoring."
Shinyu said as he proceeded to walk towards the door. He opened and closed it halfway before coming to an idea. It was the perfect opportunity to do this and a brilliant way to do it at that as he turned to them once more.
"One more thing Captain Commander.....I advise you to be careful out there. You never know what might happen. An ambush, a trap, or an overly lusty Captain humping your leg. I feel sorry for the pillow."
Shinyu added at the end, knowing that Kazai wouldn't appreciate the comment in the slightest before vanishing with a Shunpo. Sticking around wasn't in his best interests after making such a bold comment like that.
