Things were very busy for the 3rd Division, especially with all that was going on in the World of the Living at the moment. Being the back-up and reinforcement squad, her shinigami were all over the place, and most notably, her seated squad members save for her Lieutenant. But even her lieutenant was out doing other things at the moment. Because of this, things were very quiet in the Captain's Quarters. She didn't allow in her cabin unless they were a seated member of her squad. On the other hand, those members who were were expected to sleep in the quarters and each had their own room.
With her seated members gone, she had absolute peace and quiet, and she was using this to her advantage. She laid back in her bed and was comfortably asleep. She lay on her back, facing toward the ceiling. She hadn't gotten a good night's sleep in so long that she was almost completely out right now, stuck in her own little dream world.
"Mmmm... Isao... You really know how to please a woman..." She purred softly while hugging her long pillow tightly between her arms and legs in a slightly provocative position. She was gently nuzzling the toop of her pillow.

Shinyu had arrived at the 3rd Barracks and upon his arrival, there was notice. A Captain entering another's quarters usually meant serious business. And the business was the serious kind. Rogue Shinigami annoyed him. Even if not rogue but captured or killed, Shinyu had the mission of confirming this and then, retrieving the target as needed for the circumstance. One thing was clear though. Tomorrow would be quite a day. He had arrived here as one of the Shinigami who felt tough and patriotic to his barracks approached him.
"You don't belong-"
"Direct me to Kazai's quarters or be sent to the Central 46 for insubordination."
As Shinyu said this, his toughness faded. He noted the serious look. He then nodded as he pointed down the hall towards an office where Kazai's cabin was. Shinyu then nodded as he vanished in a Shunpo and arrived at the door. He would open it and walk around inside. Empty, eh? Something about this annoyed him. He could sense her spiritual pressure but....it was in an adjacent room. He then went to the door and opened it, only to smirk at what he witnessed. Dreaming of the Commander? How amusing. Even still, important issues had to be handled.
"Stop raping the pillow and get up Kazai. We have business to attend to regarding your potential rogue Shinigami."
Shinyu said plainly towards her as he stood in the doorway, uncaring of what reaction she chose to have. This was a matter of importance and such, it would be handled as swiftly as possible.

Shinyu's voice would ring in her ears while the line between reality and dreamworld seemed to merge until she was finally awake again. What the hell is he doing in here?! Kazai quickly sat up,throwing her pillow to her side and facing him. Anger and embarrassment flushed through her. Not only had she just gone to sleep a little while ago, but she didn't want anyone to see her like this. Her hair was so messy and she had dried saliva on the side of her mouth, not to mention he had just walked in to see her humping her pillow. He had no business in her room so early, or at all for that matter.
"Shinyu, you know better than to come into my quarters unannounced. I know you think you're special, but you have to make an appointment at least 24 hours in advance just like everyone else! Or, if it were an emergency, you'd need to speak with my secretary!"
Kazai then moved to sit up on the edge of the bed. She raised her hand and index finger and pointed at the door, directly at Shinyu, who was still standing there.
"In other words, leave! I need my beauty sleep! You're going to give me gray hairs!"

"I would have spoken to your secretary, had him or her been available."
Shinyu said as he pointed out the fact that she was the only person in her office other than Shinyu himself. Unless they were hiding using Kyakko. But then, they'd make a horrible secretary now, wouldn't they? Shinyu watched as she tried to make him leave.
"I'll give you time to get dressed. But, I'm not leaving. We've received a distress report from a Shinigami in your squad regarding the other squad member."
Shinyu said as he cracked his neck a moment and walked towards her door. He went to the doorknob and waited outside before turning to look in.
"I'll wait out here for you. And yes, you do need to deal with this. I can't make an official decision on this matter without addressing you and Isao first."
Shinyu said as he then lightly closed the door as he waited outside. Only just receiving the message himself through Tenteikura, he was irritated to have to bear this news so suddenly as he yawned while waiting outside.

Kazai sighed. It didn't seem she was ever going to get a good night's sleep. Or good midday sleep. Whatever it was it was supposed to be considered. Regardless, the fact of the matter was she was working too much, and she hadn't even gotten to fight recently. What was the point of working if you didn't even get to fight? Her skills were getting rusty, she was sure of that much.
In any case, she would do as he said and take the time to get dressed. As much as she hated listening to his orders, she knew he was right in what they needed to do. They did have a job to do, after all. And as a captain, she needed to cooperate. Sighing, she went into the washroom to get ready for work.
About 45 minutes later, she opened the door to her room and walked outside, looking much more refreshed. She wore her captain's outfit and robes, as was standard for all captains. She took a few steps out and stood next to Shiny. Despite being refreshed, she raised her hand up to her mouth and yawned. She was still so tired from her lack of sleep as of recent.
"So what is it you wanted to do anyway?"

"Good, you're here. We just received a distress message from Ulo, Kinsara. He's a member of your squad as well, one that was with Kinigami, the unattended for Shinigami. The message declares that Kinigami attacked Kinsara, severely wounding him. Possibly a mortal injury. Before I can act on this call, I need to you to recall any information you have on Kinigami, his appearance, known abilities and known Gigai. From there, I'll relay an act command message to Isao and wait for confirmation from him. If confirmed, I'll head my squad to apprehend him and escort Kinsara back to the 4th Barracks for medical attention."
Shinyu said as he cracked his neck. Traitors were always an occurrence here and there. Never a pleasant one but Shinyu's long years taught him that they'd always arrive. He looked around for a moment before looking back towards Kazai.
"Also, You need to upon my leave, consult with Yoritomo to have your squad given a routine run through to see if Kinigami is the only Shinigami In your division that happens to be a traitor, or alleged traitor in the least. But, before that, I need to confer on whether you'd like to tag along or not. As it involves the apprehending of a member of your squad, you have the option of coming along for the ride. This can also help us determine whether the distress call is legit or a set up for an ambush or act of framing."
Shinyu said as he thought about the situation. A Rogue Shinigami who attacked another could also be many different things. Making his job all the more annoying with so little ifnormation to go off of at this time. He growled inwardly at the thought. Another long day ahead.

Listening to what Shinyu had to say, those actions really didn't sound like actions Kinsara would take, but Kazai knew better than to voice it. It was simply an opinion, and she couldn't rule the possibility that Kinsara had turned evil on them. However, it seemed much more probable to her that this was the act of a hollow, perhaps somehow disguised as her subordinate. She wanted to believe it was either that, or some kind of possession. Regardless of what the case was, they would have to take this seriously.
"Well, I guess I'll come along. He is my squad, so I'd be the best person to deal with it."
Truth of the matter though was that she wanted to find out what had possessed him to act this way. She wanted to make sure that his name wasn't tainted for the wrong reasons. If he were to die, or were already dead, she wanted him to be able rest in peace for whom he really was.

As Shinyu listened to Kazai's reply to the situation, he nodded as he shook his arm out of it's sleeve.
"I'll need for you to get out for me Kinigami's and Kinsara's profiles that you have. I'm sending the message now."
Shinyu said as he proceeded to making markings on top of his right arm. He carefully drew them before he shortly enough, pressed his palm to one of them.
"Rogue Code. Sender, Captain Shinyu. Place to meet: Kazai's office. Message to be received by Captain Commander only."
Shinyu said as soon enough, he cracked his neck as the markings began to glow for a moment as he yawned.
"Black and white net. Twenty-two bridges, sixty-six crowns and belts. Footprints, distant thunder, sharp peak, engulfing land, hidden in the night, sea of clouds, blue line. Form a circle and fly though the heavens."
Shinyu uttered as shortly enough, the images soon literally floated off his arm and swiftly made their way towards Isao's office. Even if he wasn't there, a secretary or other Shinigami would notice it and inform him. He yawned as he waited for events to unfold.

In the mean time, Kazai had gone off to look for the files which Shinyu had requested, despite how much she hated taking orders from fellow captains. Regardless, it was imperative that she work with other captains considering she was in charge of the Reinforcement Division. She had to deal with more cooperation than any of the other captains, or at least that was how she felt.
She dug through the file cabinets looking for the files which he needed, but was having difficulty finding them. Hrmm.. Not here either... dangit! She cursed under her breath. Her secretaries obviously needed to do more work with their organization skills, or at least help her to know where things were. Usually, she'd only have to request them, not find them herself.
"Ah, here they are!" She pulled out the file and came back to Shinyu holding up the file. She held out her hand to hand them to him.
"Here."

The day was long and dragged out, protruding through the sensation of ennui that overthrown Isao’s pleasant demeanor. He sat, secluded in the confines of his extravagant quarters within the 1st division barracks. His reception desk, flooded with the ocean of documents and essential military parchments. The current condition of the Soul Society and the now, in peril, human world really pushed the Gotei 13 to their limits in terms of militia power and dispatch. Even Isao himself was deprived of proper rest. This however can with his title and accountability as Sōtaichō.
As the red-haired Shinigami continued to scrutinize over said documents, his eyes lifted up, traveling with his head as strands of cherry red fell into his face. “Heh?” He looked on as the semi-transparent memorandum drifted into his offices as his doors were already opened. A Kidō, and undoubtedly one that was only used in calamitous situations. Reading over its transmission, Isao smiled, finally realizing he has a reason to get out of the office. Taking his Zanpakutō and properly securing it to his waist, he placed his Haori on and exited.
As the two Captains conversed in the province of the 3rd division barracks, Isao instantaneously appeared, devoid of any signal of his arrival; not even an uplift in debris sounded. A warm smile already set on his lips, he looked on with his violet eyes, scanning the two Shinigami Taichō.
“Hello, Captains. I assume you have a status report?”

As Shinyu received the needed files, he yawned as Isao soon arrived towards them. He asked for the status and nodded.
"We've received a Distress report from Ulo, Kinsara. His report claims that he was attacked and left in serious condition by Heimo, Kinigami. Report has indications that Kinigami's attack was unprovoked and is being investigated as a traitor. Furthermore, Kinigami fled the area of the attack. Last reports indicate they were somewhere off Karakura Town. Both, are members of Kazai's division. Both of their files are here. Waiting on your order to assemble the retrieval and medical squads."
Shinyu said towards Isao as he cracked his neck. Traitors were always a tricky business in this area, especially when at this moment, the information wasn't crystal clear. But, it was urgent.

Before Shinyu was able to take her folders, Isao arrived into the room. At this point, Kazai almost froze. She always felt a bit... nervous... when she was in his presence. This was because he was the Captain Commander among other things. She knew that she never wanted to do anything wrong or in any way embarrass herself when she was with him.
As it seemed that Shinyu had already covered most of the important stuff which needed to be said, rather than handing Shinyu the folders, she held them out to Isao to give them to him.
"Here are their profiles."

“Thank you, Kazai-chan,”
Isao exclaimed appreciatively in his charismatic intonation as he bowed slightly, relieving the captain of the documents. Keeping his ears open to what Shinyu had explained, his eyes swayed from side-to-side, taking in the confines of the documents. The profiles of two Shinigami. Suspected of conspiracy against the Soul Society, and branded as Traitors; such a fate was worse than death on some occasions. After a few moments, and a few hmms and ahhhs, he closed the portfolios and handed them back to Kazai with a subsequent, thank you.
“This is quite wearisome, that it is.”
He exclaimed explicitly followed by a deep sigh, as he looked at his two captains. Aware of the precautionary measures that had already been instated, Isao was confident in the fact that the alleged conspirators would be caught punctually; and would be trialed by the Central 46. This however came with a question? What caused such an act of infidelity?
“Kazai-kun, can you contribute on a theory as to why your squad members defected, supposedly?”

As Shinyu listened to Isao speak, he pondered for a moment at the situation. It was tricky to convene this type of situation without some other issues coming afoot from it. As such, Shinyu had another problem.
"A more concerning problem however is whether this situation steams just from the ones involved, or if there are more involved. I always hate bringing Business to Yoritomo but Isao, I think is an operation that while it's being, should also have a separate operation run by Yoritomo to see if any others from Kazai's division are afoot for this being a bigger issue."
Shinyu noted as well as he cracked his neck. Situations like this were the last thing the Soul Society needed with it's current issues. Shinyu pondered more some other issues that came to play as well. And grumbled. THis was quite annoying to say the least.

As her commander would ask her for a theory of why her squad members had left, she began to ponder. She had already been thinking about the subject. She too wanted to know why they may have left, but at the same time, she didn't want to make up a theory when they really couldn't know for sure.
"Simply put, I don't think he seems like the traitorous type. In any case, I would prefer not to make any hypotheses until we know for sure."
Kazai bowed to Isao shortly before rising once again. This was all that Kazai really had to say on the matter. She'd make no more conjectures.
