Kasumi has the tonless, void black eyes and the only thing that makes her look normal is the colored, hazel iris. She keeps her bangs and ties the back of her hair to a ponytail. Though some of the hair still flows down. She simply feels it can be a nuisance sometimes with all of her hair falling. Kasumi doesn't like flaunting her rank, so she keeps her Lieutenant patch in her pockets. Her black hair seems to shimmer red sometimes and change colors slightly.
Kasumi is known to wear clothes underneath her Shinigami robe. She wears a black tank top and a pair of denim shorts. The Shinigami enjoys going to the real world in a gigai and pretend to be a human. She misses the carefree life and all the less worries as a human. She has her Zanpakutou fitted between her sash and robe. It is hidden and concealed, making it seem like she does not carry a weapon.

Kasumi at first glance looks like a proud, strong-headed, and obnoxious girl. It is only because of how she looks like. But she is really more laid back than any other girl. She usually doesn't mind the things that go around her. She usually just goes on with her day. Kasumi rather let things be then cause a ruckus and commotion over it. Even if someone is doing something, she might just go on with her day and let them figure it out.
But then she is also very humble. Kasumi doesn't look at her rank as a spot for bragging rights. She takes on meager tasks and jobs without complaint. She is very loyal to her Captain, and Captain Commander. Kasumi sees no reason to betray them or to Gotei 13. She follows orders, and the people that she is closest to are like her family. Although Kasumi keeps her distance from most people, she does interact with her squad.
Kasumi will not take her enemies seriously unless she has to. She will not even take anything else seriously. Kasumi can be found laughing or cracking jokes at times when others are trying to be serious. It is just her way, and she doesn't like the serious atmosphere put around Soul Society sometimes. Kasumi will toy and try to simply have her enemy toy with her too. Kasumi would rather not tire herself out and fight. She avoids confrontation unless it is unevitable, and even then she tries to avoid it.
Kasumi is very smart when it comes to strategies and battles. She knows how to fight, and analyze her enemies very easily. The thing is she rather not fight, although she could be observing her enemies and figure out how to defeat them. Maybe this is because she seems to retain more human qualities than others. Kasumi wants to find love and simply settle down instead of constantly being a Shinigami. She would rather interact with her squad and find things to do in Seireitei.
The female Shinigami loves to drink, smoke, and have a good time. She feels in this endless life of her's, the only thing that can keep her from going insane is alcohol. The buzz she reserves from alcohol is the best feeling to her. And Kasumi becomes much different person as a drunk. Kasumi is a huge flirt when she is drunk and can be found toying with men. Though, her promiscuous acts are usually found insatiable due. Even when drunk Kasumi has self-restraint in the back of her mind before actually doing the things she says she will.

- #26 Kyokku - Hides the target from sight, by bending light. The spell has the ability to totally hide the presence and reiatsu of the user or specified object.
- #30 Shitotsu Sansen - Forming a golden triangle with one's finger, it shoots three beams of light that pin the target to one place on a surface, slamming into his or her body in three places in a shape of an equilateral triangle.
- #61 Rikujôkôrô - Summons six thin, wide beams of light that slam into a target's midsection, holding them in place. The target is then unable to move any part of their body including the parts that were not struck by the beams. Incantation: "Carriage of Thunder. Bridge of a spinning wheel. With light, divide this into six!"
- #62 Hyapporankan - A rod formed of energy is thrown towards the target before it disintegrates into numerous short rods which are used to pin the target to the surroundings and render them immobile.

Kaminari
Kaminari is a serrated dagger. The handle is very thing with three irregular sized holes in them. Kaminari's unique handle allows versatile handling and gripping. The blade is very odd in its primary, sealed form. It has a black sheath that only covers the blade. The knife has serrated edges for heavier damage and easier cutting.
- Zanpakuto Spirit: Kaminari, the Zanpakutou, is said to be the strongest lightning blade. Kaminari is a young female in her earlier twentys, or later teen years. She gives off a wise, knowledgable aura. Kaminari has beautiful flowing, gold hair that reached up to her mid back. She has striking light blue eyes that stick out. Kaminari's clothing is very unique. It seems she doesn't wear clothes and is basically nude.
The Kaminari's spirit world seems to be on top of the world. The only thing that exists in there are clouds, and more clouds. You walk on clouds, you look up and there are more clouds. Depending on the Zanpakutou's mood, it can rain and have thunderstorms in the spirit world. When Kaminari's spirit appears, she apears with clouds covering her body. Basically the clouds acting like they are clothes to the beautiful spirit.
- Shikai Phrase: "Bakuhatsu~ Kaminari!"
- Shikai Appearence: When releasing, Kasumi will have a pair ofearrings that appear. During her release, Kasumi will have electricity running all around her and a large force rising from the ground. There will be a bright lightning that sparks all around her that will cause a second of blinding if her enemy is watching. In her hand will appear a modified version of the sealed dagger. Kaminari now takes the appearence of a larger curved dagger. The handle is noticeably skinnier and the blade overall is much fancier in design.
- Shikai Abilities:
The overall ability of Kaminari is the manifestation of lightning with Kasumi. She will be sparking electricity all over her body in her released state. Kasumi is not able to move at the speed of light, but she is able to move at a much faster speed in her Shikai form. Kasumi can move at a Captain's speed, and her Shunpo becomes faster than a Lanza's Sonido. This is the advanatage she gains from releasing her Shikai.
Kasumi's Zanpakutou is a very tricky blade, for it is actually a blade made up from lightning. Although it has a solid form, it is a condensed form of lightning and the reiatsu from the Zanpakutou. Kasumi is able to lengthen the blade and shape it in different forms by manipulating the lightning that is used to make the blade.
Inazuma Ryu-Ha ~ Lightning Dragon Wave is a technique used by Kasumi weilding the Kaminari blade. Kasumi will speak out the words of this ability then her earrings will light up in a white light. The gem in the earrings will start to glow a red, yellow color before pushing out the same colors out of the earrings. The color that is pushed out will start to spark and start to merge in front of Kasumi. The lightning will keep on gathering and then instantly it will start shooting up towards the sky. The lightning constantly feeds and meet in the middle.
The lightning that travels to the sky starts to take shape of a dragon immediately. The dragon is pure lightning and has golden scales. It seems to have a trailing red spinal scales, up to his tails. He has menacing glowing red eyes. It will stay in the sky for a second before shooting out towards Kasumi's enemies. The dragon is able to travel at the speed of lightning. It is an almost instant attack and her opponent would need to move as soon as possible.
Kokurai ~ Black Lightning is the second ability of Kaminari. The blade will start to spark black electricity, which will become unnoticeable when the blade is black and not being manipulated electrically. This black electricity can be extended from Kasumi's body up to five feet. But the special thing about this electricity is that it will shock her opponents. The shock will trigger a reaction in the brain to make even a pinch very painful. It makes the pain receptors in the brain overload, so it will start perceiving pain more than it is.
The lightning will also tense up muscles to slow down opponents. The muscles do a lot to the body, as it makes muscles not work as properly. The lightning can reach the organs and the black electricity will give a 'strong' boost to the organs. Making them over exert themselves at times or simply making them shut down. Number of things can happen from seizure to extreme numbing in the body from the black electricity.
