Kazai had recently left the captain's meeting. It had actually been very boring, despite all of the excitement which was going on. Thse were hard times for the Gotei 13, especially with the World of the Living being in such a state of devastation. In all honesty, she really didn't want to have to deal with it, but being a captain, she had no choice. The Humans needed it. She had to do everything in her power to protect them, even if all she was really interested in was killing hollows.
I need a day off to just go to the real world and kick some ass... that'd be fun...
Kazai sighed whilst she walked across the training ground on her way back to her divison's barracks. She was sure Shuji was waiting for her, so she didn't want to take too much time, though taking it slowly and enjoying her walk wasn't exactly a sin either. |

Shinyu yawned and stretched out his upper body as he arrived out of the meeting. Strategy meetings, tactical approaches, plans of action. A lot of planning, but a lot less acting. Discussing and rediscussing it a hundred times wouldn't help. It was one thing to be thorough, it was another thing to be nitpicky and hesitant. Either way, Shinyu was bored. He needed something to do. Luckily enough for him, Kazai was around. In a moment, he vanished using Kyakko. He reached into his pocket and found a small, cool marble. How perfect. Shinyu took careful timing and aiming before he tossed it at her. The target? Her cleavage. To get it in and down her shirt and to score a three pointer, as the humans would call it. As he tossed it, he'd then swiftly make his way to the left while remaining unseen. Even if they couldn't see or sense him or barely could, they could figure that it was Shinyu doing the prank pulling.

Solo yawned boredly as he came out of the meeting, and he allowed the sun in the sky to wash over his body. His muscles seemed to creak a bit after sitting in the position for hours. It did no good to talk about things, and never act on what they discussed. Sighing he wanted something to do, and a thought crossed his mind. He could go surfing in the real world on the oceans that they had there. After all he loved to surf he had no idea why, but he loved to do it. After all he had two surfboards that he could use with great mastery. Though before he even thought of leaving he spotted one of his fellow captains ahead of him. It was of course Kazai. Grinning he ran to catch up with her, and he figured the two of them could have a chat.
"Well hi there gorgeous, how are you doing this fine day?" he asked smiling at her broadly. She was very good looking, and he couldn't stop himself from saying such things when he was with pretty women. It normally led to him getting slapped, but he didn't mind after all he was very handsome, and he knew that he could have any woman that he wanted. Well that was what he thought in his mind anyway. "Anyways would you like to take a ride on my longboard?" he said smiling. To him it didn't sound perverted as he was actually talking about surfing though what she thought he didn't know.

Kazai sighed, now hearing someone coming up behind her. She turned around to face him. It was none other than one of her fellow captains, Solo, to be exact. She really didn't have the patience to deal with this playboy right now. She had a very busy schedule, and this right now was her break time. Why should she waste her breaktime dealing with this guy flirting with her. She considered simply turning around and leaving, but ultimately decided at least he could provide her company while she continued to walk to her barracks.
"Longboard?... If I remember correctly, it really wasn't that long," she said, raising her hand slightly above her mouth while she giggled. Even though their little relationship had been long ago, she still had some sore feelings about it and no longer held any interest in him, relationship-wise.
"If you're trying to ask me out again, I suggest you look elsewhe-," before she could finish her sentence, she felt something go straight down the center of her shirt and into her robes. She hadn't been paying much attention, but looked around for the culprit. There wasn't much need, she already had a pretty good idea who it was. Shinyu... Her cheeks turned red out of slight embarrassment combined with anger. She stomped her feet and clenched her fists at her side and shouted.
"Oh my god! Can't I walk outside without getting swarmed by horny guys?!" |

As Shinyu watched the events unfold, He could only wonder. Solo was trying to work some tricks on her and failed. And then, Kazai got angry at some horny guys. He chuckled as he Shunpo'd behind where Solo was standing. He'd have fun with this.
"Not really Kazai. On the horny part that is. You get swarmed because you're easy. That and we don't have to worry about getting hit by you. Too slow."
Shinyu said as he then masked his presence again and then, shunpo'd back to where he was. His intent, was to catch Kazai off guard and have her reflexively swing to where he was, only to hit Solo instead. It was a means of misdirection and if he knew of the fun it would start, it was only the beginning as he grinned to himself while cloaked once more.

He listened to her comment with a huge grin on his face of course she would say something like that. "Well you didn't mind my waves crashing into you." he said laughing a bit at his own joke. Then he heard someone behind him, and he knew all to well that it was Shinyu. Solo liked to think that the two of them had a competition for the title of most perverse captain. "Hey I am offended because I am not horny alright. I just like to flirt with beautiful ladies, and come on there is a difference." he said smiling still. After all he wasn't all that bad sure he was a bit of a manwhore, but they normally found him, and he couldn't help himself.
He wasn't a real manwhore he just had a healthy diet that included apples, vegetables, steak, and women. Smiling still he waited for her reaction.

While drawing one's zanpakutou was usually against the rules in the Soul Society, it appeared that she had been blessed by their occasion, even if it was only by pure coincidence. He had upset her already. Luckily, on the training field, even captain level shinigami could draw their zanpakutou should they wish to. Kazai had already decided to take advantage of this. Her impulses were set to kill him, though her mind would stop her from doing that. Still, she hoped to inflict a lot of pain. Wasting no time, Kazai quickly turned around and aimed to slice Shinyu straight across the chest. Before she was able to land the hit however, he had disappeared already.
"You're lucky I missed. If you touch me in any way shape or form, I will kill you and simply call it a training accident."
She liked to think that he had run away, even though this may not have been the case. She could no longer see him, but she started to walk once again, slightly hoping that Solo would keep her company until she got to the barracks, though she did wish to talk about more significant things than, well flirting. She sheathed her zanpakutou and continued on her way.

"But, that would require you the ability to kill me without using your Bankai, Kazai. Which, is impossible for you."
Came a slithering taunt into the air that would move to Kazai's ear. Shinyu would then yawn as he decided to show himself permanently and stay out as he cracked his neck. He'd make this a fun day.
"Oh, by the way, I'm going to need to get back that marble your breasts stole from me now."
Shinyu said with a smirk. Shinyu yawned again as he perpetrated the role of the lazy nuisance. Anyone that knew Shinyu knew he loved playing different ruses to annoy people for his own curiosity. He would then crack his neck for a moment before staring towards Kazai.

With a sigh he watched out of the corner of his eye while she swung at Shinyu, who had luckily disappeared fast enough to evade her strike. He was thankful that she didn't swing the other way otherwise he would have had to have ducked very quickly. Smiling he listened to her talk to Shinyu, then she referred back to him, and he gave a quick sigh. Even though he wouldn't admit to anyone not even her he still had feelings for her. As he continued to walk on with her the wind blew, and rippled through his hair, and rustled his robes. Looking over Shinyu had finally decided to make himself stay in one spot, and Solo looked over at the captain. It was a good thing none of them wanted to fight because that would be bad. So he figured he would try to change the subject from Shinyu's comment so that way she didn't freak out.
"Anyways I am getting tired of all those pointless meetings all we do is talk, and talk, but we haven't taken action yet. What is the point of putting together a plan if you are never going to put it in use? I think that we need to take action soon. After all execution is what my squad does best, and I personally am ready to start taking out hollows." he said a hint of glee in his voice as he talked about killing hollows. "The only thing better than killing hollows is surfing, and I was actually going to sneak out of the city to go surf for a bit before I saw you. Which was what I was referring to earlier Kazai. If you would get your mind out of the gutter you would have known that." he said grinning at the irony of the statement that he had just met.
He was of course one of the most perverted people in the entire Soul Society, and for him to be telling someone else to get their head out of the gutter was the most ironic thing in the world. He let out a soft laugh as he thought about it.

Hearing Shinyu's last comment about trying to get the marble. By this point, she was ready to go after him and attack him. She understood what he had said as a threat. Anger coursed through her body as she prepared to run toward him and attack. Her frustration was apparent and she was about to take it out on him... at least until Solo changed the subject.
"Head in the gutter? I guess I don't remember doing anything else with you other than you being in the gutter back when we were dating. Not enough romance for me," she said whilst she continued walking alongside him. She chuckled a bit. They definitely had had some fun in the past; a lot of said fun was sexual, but she had really moved on since then.
"Anyway, sneak into the human world? You're a captain. You have more important things to do... Even though I wouldn't mind going to kill some hollows, myself."
With this, Kazai would open her robe slightly and put her hand in to pull out the marble which Shinyu had thrown at her. She was calm enough now to restrain herself from attacking him. But this wasn't going to stop her completely. She turned around and threw the marble as quickly as she could directly at his forehead.
"Take your marble back!" |

As he listened, the information was worthwhile. She then moved to through the marble at him. With his reflexes, he would actually yawn as it was thrown at him. He caught it with his teeth and then using Kyakko, made it invisible as he then made it slide out of his mouth and into his pocket. The illusion was that it completely missed Shinyu as he then looked to the left, and then to right.
"Oh, thanks for that one. You just got rid of a perfectly good marble. Seriously, you missed me by a mile. You sure you don't need your vision examined Kazai?"
Shinyu asked in a serious manner while hiding the fact she didn't miss though still wouldn't see the marble or where it went or landed. Shinyu was just that good at being a pain in the ass as he yawned again.
"You two should skip the flirting and just ride each other again. There is enough sexy time tension in the air that you could cut it. I mean, Solo likes women and Kazai is easy. So, mathematically speaking, I'm surprised you're still in clothes Kazai."
Shinyu said with a cheap smirk as he cracked his neck and proceeded to leap onto the fence, before proceeding to walk atop of it for his own amusement.

Shinyu was really pushing his luck with Kazai. It didn't really bother him what he was saying, but Kazai would no doubt freak out. Using his shunpo he quickly got between the two of them making sure that she wouldn't kill him. Sighing he looked over at her, and then at him. "Well even though it did lack the romance that you just so pointed out. I think we can both agree it was just way more fun the way it was. If I had to do it all over again I wouldn't change a single thing, those were some of the best times of my life. Mmmm." he said with a grin on his face. Then he listened to what Shinyu said, and he gave a bored sigh at what he had said.
"Shinyu while me, and her had our chance she has moved on it doesn't matter anymore. We have both grown up since then so lets just drop this topic please, and I say we sneak out, and go to a beach. Two reasons there is an abundance of humans, so we will most likely see some hollows, and two there is sure to be a great wave for me to ride." he said with a huge smile on his face. He had said that he had moved on from her, and it was true it hurt him to admit that she was no longer interested in him. With a sigh he tried to figure out ways to get her back, but he knew that none of his schemes would work with her.
He hoped that he would not have to pull Kazai away from the other man on his spirit board. Though it would be kind of nice to be with her again, with a sigh he pushed those thoughts aside. This was no time to dwell on past romances right now he would have to concentrate on keeping Kazai from killing Shinyu, and he was not looking forward to doing that because she might take out her frustration on him.

Kazai had placed her hand on the hilt of her sword in preparation to attack. She was definitely going to make Shinyuu pay for his words. But before she could do that, Solo appeared in front of her acting as a shield to stop her from attacking him. While she could have easily gone around him, it wasn't worth it. He had done enough to satisfy the situation. She released her zanpakutou's hilt and simply turned away from him, not saying so much as a word.
"Anyway, I'm off. Shinyu. I would appreciate it if you would stop the harrassment. If not, I will put in a complaint about you. Haha," she turned away and continued walking completely seriously now. She knew he wouldn't be concerned about any kind of complaint, nor did she care about that. She stopped after taking a few steps.
"Come near me again Shinyu, and I really will put a stop to it." |

The meeting had just ended and it seemed as though there was hubbub going on not too far away, though Shinichi was looking to leave the area without having to being bothered with the other captains. However, he was actually in the mood to interfere and see what the rest of them were doing. To be honest, he didn't really like most of his comrades save for a few, most notably the capain commander. Then again, he usually did like those who were stronger than him, simply because he wished to defeat them in combat. After all, strength in combat proved someone's worth and as a shinigami, power was absolutely everything.
"Tch." The short shinigami sucked on his teeth as he walked by the group, quite annoyed at the content of their conversation. At that point, he half turned around and looked at all of them. If there was one thing he did not like it would be idle chatter, especially the type of idle chatter that lead to nothing but arguments and unproductive activities.
"You cunts are giving me a fucking headache with your constant bitching. Fuck! Like a bunch of school yard brats who never seen anything with tits and a pussy before." Both of his hands were at his sides, indicating that he had no interesting in picking up his sword against anyone. But he was sure that they knew he would jump at the chance to fight any one of them if that is what they so desired. Outside of that, he really didn't care to fight any of the captains standing before him.
"Keep going on with all this useless bitching and I swear to god, I'll fucking cut all of your dicks off and put them on my mantle to keep as little tiny trophies. Heh, they probably wouldn't even take up even a fraction of the space on my mantle with those needle dicks."

Shinyu said in a yawn towards the arrival of Shinichi as he cracked his neck once before giving a bored look towards Kazai's threat. Not that she wasn't good for it but, Shinyu was too bored to care as he yawned once more with a bored expression towards Kazai.
"You're no fun. And I thought only Humans went through....what was it called.....CMS....no, TMS......Something MS. But yeah, enough of my prattling, business to attend to."
Shinyu said as he cracked his neck once more before looking towards Kazai and Solo once more with a dull tone. Official business as well as he yawned.
"Kazai, your unseated shinigami Kurnoa, Shinga has one more day to report from his time in the Human world before I'll have to take action. Has he responded to any of the Messages your division has sent to him? He's had a week after all."
Shinyu said in a serious tone. If the Shinigami in question was gone for another day, he'd be considered in the status of injured, captured, or AWAL. Either way, it would be Shinyu and the 8th's job to get him tomorrow if he didn't return within the next 24hrs. Shinyu showing in his expression that it was a serious matter.
