Kitai was breathing hard. Bruises covered her whole body. Another punch came her way, followed by another. These she could block, but then, a kick rolled around to her side, and she was taken to the ground.
Her captain towered over her as she began to push herself to her feet. "Come on Kitai. You can do better than that." There was a sense of sarcasm in her voice.
She struggled to her feet then bowed slightly before her captain. "I'm sorry. I will train harder."
The captain smiled softly. "Relax. You're trying to do too much. Just take a break every once and awhile."
"But, if I don't train, I won't get any better." Kitai argued.
"Just have some fun every once in awhile. It won't kill you." At that, the captain strolled away, leaving Kitai on her own.
Kitai sighed as she found herself a practice dummy and set it up. She jabbed where every pressure point was located spot on. "Now if only I could do that on a moving target." She mumbled to herself, changing to a kicking movement. Her leg went far over her head with ease as she came down on the dummy.
((Since I can't seem to find a captain of squad two on this site yet, I'm just using the pronoun she.))

 x  x  ~Everybody sing like it’s the last song you will ever sing~Riku strode with his typical slow and steady stride down the Seireitei pavement. His jobs as Lieutenant had been taken care of easily in the day. The young Shinigami always liked getting up early or more or less he was trained to while young to get up early. He never had much fun during his childhood, and it carried on very much into his life right now. He always longed to go out with the other children at the park or in the streets, however his parents and care taker would always restrict him from doing so.
Riku was typically stuck in doors dealing with political issues, or more or less listening to them. Occasionally, he would have to give his signature for something his parents told him was very important and that he shouldn't ask questions. Of course he did as he was told, didn't ask questions and was given money to go spend in the market. Money was never the issue though, there was nothing fun in just buying stuff. It wasn't like having a friend around to play games with or talk with.
A small sigh escaped the Shinigami's mouth as he swiftly entered in to the courtyard of the training grounds. His eyes scanned around for a moment in their glistening green gaze. Without even glancing he could sense another individual in the field, most likely doing what he came to do. Work at his skills. He fixated his glance on the individual for a moment and took into account her fighting stance and style already. She must have been a member of the second Division.
Striding past without making any more eye contact, Riku opted to sit down against one of the few trees that were scattered around and across the training ground. Setting his Zanpakutou down against the tree with him, Riku crossed his legs and let out a small sigh. Closing his emerald green eyes, he took a deep breath. It wasn't long before he heard or thought he heard the crunching of footsteps against the ground. (Hopeful Post =D) |

Hara, Captain of Squad 5 was standing in his squad barracks, He was preparing to head off on a little sort of break from the war that has been waging, It was nice to get breaks every once in a while and just go out and visit other members of the Gotei 13 and sleep and what not, He was putting on his Captain Robes, Strapping his Zanpakutou on his back, He crossed his arms as he could sence the presence of a few other Shinigami in and around the Squad barracks, He decided to go to the training feild's to see who was training and how they where doing, perhaps he would even offer to Spar one of them.
In an instant he was suddenly gone from his room, He simply decided to use shunpo to get to the courtyard quickly, He arrived there with his arms still crossed across his chest, He looked seeing two pretty unfamiliar faces, He must of somehow never met these two, He stood there watching as one sat against a tree his Zanpakutou leaning against the tree beside him, And the other seemed to be training with a captain already, He walked over to the Captain and her unseated officer, He was geussing unseated beacuse he had never met her before, The male by the tree seemed abit familiar, he was geussing he was a seated member and possibble a Leutinent. Hara was not sure, But he walked over towards the Unseated officer as he stood a few feet off to the side watching her movements, Waiting to see if she would notice him, She had to of felt his Reiatsu pressing down around her, His far outweighed her's, So she would surely feel it.

Yasuo yawned. Annother boring day. He might aswell sleep… again. He closed his eyes and lay down on a small roof with his zanpaktou lying next to him. Thinking about what they could have been doing instead of taking annother “Day off”. If they’d just go on a mission with is allot of action and fighting. They are in the middle of a war and the captain feels like doing nothing. Well to be honest he isn’t much different from that. But even doing nothing bores you. Thinking this makes him tired. He might aswell ask to the captain what’s going on. A war with no fights. Or atleast none where he was involved with. Maybe it’s a cold war. It didn’t took him long till he jumped to a conclusion. Nah, that couldn’t be it. Hollows always feel like showing off.
Well fine, there wasn’t really happening anything. So he decided to see what his captain is doing. The moment he opened his eyes he felt his captains reiatsu was moving away from him with each second. Where could he be going on this moment of the day? Drinking a cup of tea with other captains? Well atleast that’s more interesting than lieing arround. He stood up and followed his captain on a distance while hiding his reiatsu. It’d be more fun if he was going to do something embarrasing and he would catch him off guard.
He arrived at a small training field. With dummy’s and some trees. The second captain just walked away from the girl. There his captain stood. And underneath the tree a tall figure was leaning against a tree. With blond hair. Yasuo remembered him from somewhere but couldn't tell from what. He had a pretty good reiatsu as far as he sensed. Oh that’s it! Yasuo recognized him. Riku… something. But he was a lieutenant of the tenth squad. What was going on with all these high ranked people arround this place. What is everybody so interested in? There was only this girl here, bashing in to a dummy. That isn’t that impressive now is it? Maybe she could tell what’s going on. His captain won’t talk if it were a secret. But then again. Why would she know? Well it’s a start to something, right?
He decided that there was no more use in hiding if he ever wanted to ask her something. And where did this sudden curiousity come from? So bothersome… He thought about what he was thinking a while ago. “Why couldn’t there be action or anything?” Well because it would give him a headache and a strong urge to do something. That’s why. Now he remembered. He decided to ignore his curiousity. He sighed and went out to the direction of the girl who was still hitting the dummy.
He then used shunpo to get a bit behind his captain. He went through his knees.
“Yowh! What’s going on?”
He said loud enough so the girl would hear it.
“Who’s that captain?”
He pointed at the girl.

Kitai could sense it when the lieutenant came by, but decided to ignore him. It wasn't like he was bothering her and who was she to question a lieutenant. She just recently graduated the academy. She just continued with her training. Then another presence emerged this one was much stronger, almost overwhelming. 'A captain...' She thought closing one eye as she took her mind off the dummy to take a break. She was worn out, but would never admit it to herself or others.
She breathed heavily as she heard faint footsteps. 'I'm safe here. There's no reason to worry.' Another presence seemed to appear, making the area even worse. She struggled up, trying not to show weakness and got back to her training, her limbs moving slowly in the pressure.
She wanted to ignore them, all of them, but then a voice rang out. "“Yowh! What’s going on?”
She spun around to see the origin of the voice, a vice-captain, squad five if she remembered correctly. She wiped the sweat from her slightly tanned face before she went over. Then she noticed the lieutenant just sitting below a tree and the captain. They all three seemed to be looking at her. Then the white-haired lieutenant pointed at her. "Who's that captain?" He asked. Kitai now seemed a little annoyed. These guys were interrupting her training session. Although, it was probably good for her. She was about to work herself to death. She was about to say "Can't a girl just train in peace?" but remembered who these guys were, higher ranking officials. She quickly put on the best smile she could at the time and bowed politely. She seemed to be about to pass out from exhaustion. "I'm sorry. Did you need me?" She asked ever so kindly, her voice sounding a little out of breath.

x x ~Everybody sing like it’s the last song you will ever sing~The quiet rustle and sound of feet against the ground gave a good indication of what was going on. Riku tilted his head up ever so slightly to catch a glimpse of what was going on through his blonde bangs. He could feel the spiritual pressures approaching and it was definitely more than just one. They weren't push overs either. From what he could gauge, there was another Captain around, as well as a few other Shinigami.
He stirred slightly upon hearing the commotion from the others. It seemed a Captain and a subordinate had joined the training grounds as well. How interesting to see such a cast assembled. Grabbing his Zanpakutou and fastening it back to his sash, Riku sauntered over towards the Captain, dismissing the rest of the motley crew around them. With reverence, he bowed before introducing himself. "Its a pleasure to see a Captain of the Gotei 13 in our presence. What may be the occasion?"
Clearing his throat, he glanced to the others around him. "My apologies for intruding on the conversation of course." His green eyes focused on the others, each in turn to figure them all out. Each had a different emotion in their eyes. Of course Riku got quite good at reading body language from others. He didn't talk much himself for the most part. This may be the most he'll ever saw in one sentence. |

Hara simply looked around, the Girl looking at him and asking if she was needed, the male that sat under the tree came over and introduced himself, talking about how it was a pleasure to have a captain of the gotei 13 in there presence, He Simply smirked at them all, and was not to amused by his sub-ordinant going beetween his legs in a childish manor in his opinion. He directed his attention over towards the male who had come from sitting below the tree, Clearing his throat he began to talk.
"There is no special occasion, I will come out here quite often to see how the rest of the gotei 13 is doing, And if they are lucky i may even teach them a thing or two." He probably came off as a cocky person to all three of them, He however was not being cocky, He was being honest, He had no reason to be here in the training fields, He has had many many years of training, He comes here beacuse he decides to, He doesnt do it for him self, He does it for those that still have skills to hone, Those that are not in there prime yet, He concidered himself to be in his prime, Hell, He was captain of Division 4, and that is the way he liked it.
Hara smiled abit as he looked around to each one of them individually, looking into there eyes one by one. "I am Hara Lucious, Captain of Division 5, It is nice to meet you all, My Leutinent here of course already knows me, But i have yet to have the pleasure to met you two. tell me, what are your names?" He looked at Riku and Kitia expecting a prompt response to his question, Hara would then of course have his lieutenant introduce himself in a proper manor, He stood there waiting for all to speak.

Kitai ignored the cockiness in this, sure it wasn't supposed to be said in that kind of way. Plus, the captain was much higher level than her. She had no place for rudeness.

Kitai bowed politely once again. "I'm Hikaru Kitai. It's very nece to meet you." She paused for a moment as the first statement registered. "Wait!" She said a little too excitedly. "Does that mean you'll train anyone, even if they're not in your division?" Now she was real excited. "I just graduated the academy this year and I'vebeen training daily. They say I push myself too ard, but I don't think so." She stopped hoping not to be too annoying.

Had that been someone from his own clan, he would've reprimanded them on the spot for showing such arrogance in their own skills. None the less, this was a Captain that was speaking. A certain amount of respect no matter what had to be given, even if it was through gritted teeth. His eyes glanced over to the other Shinigami who replied with politeness like he had. He wanted to roll his eyes, however obliged to being courteous to the Captain and kept his own actions to himself. The female Shinigami voiced herself, seeking training from the Captain. He wondered how that would go. A Captain trying to train a Shinigami right out of the Academy basically. Riku twirled his Zanpakutou around his arms in a somewhat acrobatic fashion out of boredom as he watched the two exchange conversation.[/blockquote] |
