Boredom at it's finest(Hazama/Open)

[Shinyu]

As he chopped it away, he smirked. He know had all the information he needed. Didn't mean it would be easy. All the same, as the kick rocketed towards him, Shinyu didn't even try to dodge. Instead, he blocked it as he held up his right arm.

"Kurokikkan Kiba."

He said as he then used the extended blade and firmly pushed it against the attacking leg in a different direction. Shinyu wasn't as strong as Hazama but, even with that knowledge, Shinyu didn't need to be. Hazama, though talented, was very linear in his attacks. As long as he knew the point a and b, he could redirect damage or entire attacks. So, Shinyu first blocked with the extended blade, ripping away a chunk of Reiatsu as it hit his leg. Then, Shinyu pivoted on his back leg as he stepped backwards and pushed the leg to a slightly different angle as it would swing above his head. While in this motion, Shinyu held out his left arm.

"That well suit will not be a permanent issue. I'm sure you can figure out why. Souran."

Shinyu said as the spike suddenly would suddenly, begin to wrap around Shinyu's body from his left arm. As if it were a lasso, it swiftly spiraled and swirled all around Shinyu's form. The intent was simple, not only would it defend Shinyu by using it's absorbing effect on attacks but as well, he would make it complete itself so the spike could come out from anywhere and strike. Shinyu's ability to defend against attack was one of the Gotei's best after all. Even still, the force of the kick was fierce as it sent Shinyu backwards a good twenty yards even after deflecting it. He'd have to get used to that. Or maybe not, as he thought to himself.

[Hazama Spector]

Hazama growled as Shinyu continued to fight the way he did, it was annoying to fight someone who relied on fancy abilities rather than skill alone. Opponents like this annoyed Hazama to the point where he would forcefully rip a hole in there chest, luckily for Shinyu though; Hazama did not intend to do that in a spar.

"That technique will only help you so much before I finish this, Shinyu." Hazama told him, clenching his fists, using his pheromones to make Shinyu feel tired. A smirk came on Hazama's face, he would like to see Shinyu defend so well while he was feeling a little sleepy, that should make him at least move slower and react slower, making it easier to Hazama to land a blow in without that irritating Shikai ability of his coming into play.

Feeling a tad bit weaker after suffering those attacks moments ago, Hazama stood his ground....Then began blitzing all around Shinyu, moving so fast around him there were multiple Hazama's appearing, in this time he had picked up the black dagger from the ground, most likely without Shinyu noticing as he was feeling tired right now. On top of that, Hazama would seem fairly faster because of the mood he put Shinyu in.

Throwing the dagger at him from the front from several meters away, Hazama appeared behind him and made an attack from behind, the same plan as last time. However, he stopped his attack and appeared in front again in a crouching position, hopefully tricking Shinyu, grabbing the dagger and ramming it towards his leg, ready to shunpo right out if Shinyu was about to make a counter.

First angry and now sleepy, two feelings that were out of context. He couldn't do anything about them at the moment as his opponent swiftly came at him. Less linear for sure, Shinyu however let the dagger go towards his leg. Being wrapped by Souran had it's advantages though. Shinyu's body and mood were acting funny. His spiritual pressure though, was wrapped around himself thick enough to trap the dagger in place before piercing him as he jumped back, a slight penetration in his leg but much less than what it could have been.

"Finish me, hm? I've been more interested in holding back simply because I haven't figured out that unusual ability of yours affecting my senses. Something about it I can't put my finger on yet. However, I have concluded that it's only a minor effect. I usually prefer to wait for an opponent to be completely figured out before going on the offensive. Oh well, I guess I'll have to skip a few steps then."

Shinyu said as Souran dissipated from around himself as he looked towards Hazama. To think, he'd have to go and use his offense now. He really wanted to wait it out. Nothing could be done though. Shinyu focused intently before suddenly enough, his gauntlets began to fiercely crackle and jolt with a powerful electric current. Using Bound Lightning in combination with his Shikai to a great level that they even arc back and forth from each other as Shinyu tossed the dagger into the tree behind him. He wanted to demonstrate the power of his Kido. Even a low level Kidou used correctly was dangerous as the tree was split in two, a distinct scorch on it from the impact. More importantly, the current remained visible for a moment before Shinyu stopped showing off as he looked towards Hazama.

"Cloud the soul, ye lord. Blacken the senses to the sun, discover the truth of the night. Blanket the ways in a fog. And disperse all perception! Bakudou #74. Reishadou! Kurokikkan Kiba"

Shinyu said as suddenly, he completely vanished. A high level Kidou this was. It was an enhancement to Curving Light. Now, Shinyu was invisible. His Spiritual Pressure would be easier to detect however, this wasn't a stealth technique. This was for offense. Even one sensing Spiritual Pressure could sense it's mass, but it's movements at Captain Level would be tricky, especially without the aid of sight. As well, both blades were lengthened and infused with Bound Lightning. Even on his hardened skin, it wouldn't be pleasant to be hit with such a combination. Even if he blocked the attack, the effect would still kick in. Shinyu's offense was dengerous not because of raw power, but because of how it could get around and penetrate an opponent's defense.

"I really would prefer to have used this without my loudmouth squad's attention on it. How troublesome, now my technique will be known all around. It's such a bother."

Shinyu said as he could be heard, but not seen. He could be sensed for sure. The tricky part wasn't finding out where he was but, where his strikes would land. After all, even highly tuned senses and reflexes depended a lot on one's vision. Removing a sense would make it, at least in the beginning, difficult. This was the time period where Shinyu could get in some decent hits while Hazama wasn't completely attuned to fighting without sight. Blocking attacks or getting hit would all have the same effect. The powerful Kidou whether or not it damaged Hazama, would definitely not be pleasant and could probably stun him, if not in the beginning definitely as more hits were landed. And the draining effect would increases those chances as well. Shinyu then began his assault, repeatedly delivering a series of rapid, swift strikes at any angle he could while Shunpoing around Hazama. The intent was to force him to block or parry versus dodging, making the swift attacks to force him on the defensive or if he tried to attack, to use his dependency on his other senses against him.

Hazama just had a smirk when he was accused of having some sort of ability to affect the senses. He knew he did and he knew he knew how to use it well, it was one of the major things that could make him gain the upper hand in conversations, intimidation and even battles. However, as it was on a Shikai scale, they did not seem to get the job fully done...On captain-level opponents anyway, which was odd as even in Shikai someone such as Shinyu should of been more angry or tired. Unusual.

"Getting a little stressed, Shinyu?" Hazama mocked, using his pheromones once more, fueling more rage into him on a moderate level. "I have absolutely no idea what you are talking about." Hazama lied with an arrogant smirk, one most people probably wanted to give a right big smack. Everyone knew of his arrogance, that is why not many considered him someone they would want to talk to. Although, his squad members did not think the same way as he was their captain, so things went easier with them than others.

Shortly after, Shinyu turned invisible after more words from his mouth. He was truly getting annoying. Hazama simply sighed out of annoyance.

"Invisible? Again?" Hazama questioned with a bother, "Where is the fun in a spar if your opponent is a coward..." Hazama mocked, crossing his arms, black smoke still surrounding him.

Then Hazama saw it. A fool's move. Shinyu had used bound lightning on his gauntlet blades, and while he might of been invisible, the lightning could easily be heard and the flickers it sent were not easy to hide either. Hazama could simply listen for the sound of the lightning, even though he could focus on the sounds of movement almost as easily, the lightning would be better. Suddenly, as he focused he knew that Shinyu was appearing all over the place; He was most likely using shunpo.

Looks like I am fighting a hiding mosquito rather than a man. This will be annoying, how is this supposed to entertain me when I cannot even hit the bastard? Hazama moaned in his head, using shunpo to travel into the air the moment he heard a step too close to him, looking down and waiting to hear his movements when they came in the sky.
