BOUNT

[/b] Bounts normally try to absorb the Human's soul after the person dies and is trying to pass on. But they are also capable of taking the souls of those who are living, to do so kills the Human.
Bounts are living beings just as Quincy are, but the difference being they have a special component that is encompassed by a Human soul. Bounts absorb Human souls, making them their own. It is these abilities that have named Bounts at various times in Human history as "vampires". As the accidental creations of a Shinigami scientist, they were once affiliated with Soul Society. Currently the Bounts in general are only a small tribe of beings from what they once were. Due to their circumstance they are neither affiliated with Soul Society nor the living world, they are pariahs, accepted in neither dimension.
The natural abilities they possess due to their unique creation differentiate them from normal Humans and even Qunicy. These abilities include:

POWERS
[/u][/center]DOLLS
The main difference between a doll and a Zanpakutō is how they operate. Unlike a Zanpakutō, whose personality is generally dormant except when the shinigami wishes to speak to them, a doll's personality is always dominant. Dolls are self-sufficient when released, though they can easily be resealed. The Bount's ability to control their doll is largely based on their individual power and relationship with the doll. Moreover, if either the doll or its Bount partner sustains severe damage in a battle, the Bount may lose control over his doll, depending on the amount of damage dealt. If a doll is injured, it will simply return itself to its sealed state. However, should its master be injured, the doll may go berserk and kill its master. A doll may also kill a Bount who is not powerful enough to contain it. Bounts with a genuine bond with their dolls can transgress this (but only if their interaction goes well beyond that of between master and slave).
Like a Zanpakutō, dolls are generally sealed into an object and released as necessary. The object varies greatly from person to person and is often an expression of the doll's abilities. In order to call upon a Bount's doll, the phrase "Zeige Dich" is said, which is a German phrase meaning "Show yourself."
To summon a doll, a Bount needs to undergo a ritual where they chant an incantation. The ritual includes sulfur, phosphorus, carbon, water, fat, magnesium and lime (the ingredients of the human body). When a doll is summoned, it is small in size and power, but grows as the Bount's power grows.
Some Bounts have the ability to transform their doll into a more conventional weapon, such as an axe, or a whip.
Doll Release - Primary Form
This technique is achievable only by Bounts who reached A-Rank. Instead of declaring "Zeige Dich" to release the dolls, the Bount can simply say the phrase "Bilden Sie Zuerst" (Lit. First Form). This makes a doll merge with a Bount's body part and become an integral part of the Bount. This allows the Bount to utilize the powers of the doll, while augmenting the Bount's overall durability and resistance to damage.
Therefore, instead of materializing as a different entity, the doll forms into an armor of sorts on the Bount. The armor's appearance varies from doll to doll, but encompasses only a single part of the body. A Doll can only merge with the following body parts:
- Head: When a doll merges with the head of the Bount, it allows heightened vision, sense of smell, and hearing for the bount. Also protects the head from otherwise fatal attacks. The damage mitigated, however, is dependent on the Rank of the Bount vs. the rank of the attack used.
- Upper Torso: A doll merging with the Bount's torso gives the bount a heightened defense similar to an Arrancar's Hierro. The defense is only applied on the upper torso, therefore any other body part is still vulnerable. Also, this makes the Bount immune to freezing or burning at the expense of hampered movements. The damage mitigated is dependent again on the Rank of the Bount vs. the rank of the attack used. If the Bount merges a doll to his/her Upper Torso, he must not have a doll merged with his/her legs.
- Arms: A doll merging with the arms of its master increases the strength of that bount's attack by 50% per arm. Note that one doll can only attach to one arm. This, however, comes at the expense of defense. The arms of the user become vulnerable to taking 50% more damage from all sources. (100% increase attack/decrease defense if there's one doll on each arm).
- Legs: A doll merging with the legs of its master increases movement speed of that Bount. The Bount can move on par with a captain class Shunpo or Espada class Sonido (depending on the Rank. A-Rank Bount cannot match an S-Rank Sonido or Shunpo). However, if the Bount merges the doll with his or her leg, he/she must not have a doll merged with his/her Upper Torso. Unlike the arms, one doll can be merged with both legs.
